Управление персоналомАдаптация персонала (наставничество, заполнение: листа адаптации, чек-листа)Оценка персонала по рабочим процессам и предоставление обратной связи руководителю, HRУчастие в разработке мотивации персонала (разработка системы KPI, системы нематериального поощрения)Постановка и контроль ежедневных задач в магазине3.
