Управление продажамиВыполнение плана продаж магазинаАнализ рынка, конкурентовПланирование выполнение плана продаж в разрезе месяца по RST2. Управление персоналомАдаптация персонала (наставничество, заполнение: листа адаптации, чек-листа)Оценка персонала по рабочим процессам и предоставление обратной связи руководителю, HRУчастие в разработке мотивации персонала (разработка системы KPI, системы нематериального поощрения)Постановка и контроль ежедневных задач в магазине3. Управление ассортиментом4. Управление стандартами обслуживания клиентовСоблюдение и контроль выполнения стандартов работы магазинаОбеспечение операционной деятельности магазина согласно законодательству (соблюдение техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности)Обеспечение и контроль высокого уровня сервиса согласно требованиям APRПодготовка ежедневной, еженедельной, ежемесячной отчетностиТРЕБОВАНИЯ:1. Высшее образование2. Опыт в аналогичной должности от 3-х лет3. Опыт работы с электроникой, бытовой техникой обязателен4. Знание румынского и русского языков
