Our factory has the possibility for Roasting, Toasting, Drying, Blending, Milling, Sterilization, Saccharification and Pasteurization of all kind of food ingredients from cereals and grains, up to pulses and dairy (blends).The Castle Group employs about staff in total and is an ambitious, flexible company which continues to grow (new plant+warehousing opening end of ) and therefore is looking for a Commercial Manager.Job DescriptionTasks/ResponsibilitiesMaintain existing customer relationships and develop new business relationships/ideas/opportunitiesFind opportunities, negotiate and close contracts with customersAsses financial and contractual risks and manage these risks proactivelyDraft contracts and resolve after sales challengesManage execution of contracts in close contact with colleagues from different departments.Monitor credit limitsVisit customers in your marketsAttend international trade fairs such as Anuga, Sial, GulfoodIdentify and track market and product developmentsParticipation in weekly commercial meetingProfileWe are looking for the following person:Bachelor/ master degree with a business / commerce or food backgroundFrench language skills requiredCommercially driven, ambitious, competitive and determinedExcellent negotiating and communication skillsWillingness and ability to travelA self-starter, with the ability to work both in a team and independently, and to proactively achieve goals
