The role:The role is not a straight forward secretary role as some tasks require experience and technical knowledge which we will teach. There will be a transition period between the departure of our former secretary and the beginning of the employment of the chosen candidate, during which the former secretary will provide required training.You will work as the secretary for the director and manager of the company. Your office will be next to the director’s office and you will be expected to meet and greet clients. The working hours are fixed with no overtime.The largest part of your day-to-day work will consist of drafting offer documentation for tenders, draft contracts based on existing templates and searching for new tenders that may be of interest for the company. You will be expected to keep track of all correspondence, deadlines for tenders, deadlines for contract drafts and other important information that will come through the corporate email.You will also be expected to answer our main contact phone number, the phone line is not very busy, most clients contact us via email.You will help keep track of some HR related records such as overtime and TOIL.Requirements:Undergraduate degree in any field which requires either business common sense or good writing skills.If you can read this you can tick off the second requirement. Most of your day-to-day work will be in Romanian but a reasonably good level of English is required to be able to read and write documentation. A very good level of Romanian is required, any level of Russian is a plus.Computer literacy of an average level and above.
