Что делает Senior Project Manager?Senior Project Manager отвечает за разработку, развитие и внедрение сервисов Unifun в мобильных операторах:Распределяет и контролирует выполнение задач сотрудников проекта (Project Manager, Software developer, System Administrator, Content Manager);Предоставляет отчеты по работе группы PM и контролирует их продуктивность;Ежедневно взаимодействует с сотрудниками мобильных операторов (email, skype, viber, whatsapp и т.д.);Разрабатывает и согласовывает с Product Manager концепции, цели и основные этапы запуска проекта;Внедряет продукты, согласно договоренностям с мобильными операторами, а также дорабатывает продукт согласно их требованию;Участвует в создании новых функций продуктов;Оптимизирует работу продуктов Unifun;Занимается постоянным увеличением дохода по запущенным сервисам;Ставит задачи перед IT-департаментом и отделом маркетинга, и контролирует их выполнение;Мониторит и оказывает поддержку по запущенным проектам;Ведет и составляет документацию по проектам (product description document, functional description document, business case, project plan, test case и т.д.);Следит за отчетностью и доходами по запущенным проектам;Участвует в проведении интервью и подборе персонала Unifun в отдел PM компании Unifun.Кого мы ищем?Senior Project Manager должен иметь опыт работы и знания в области IT, в частности, программирования и/или системного администрирования.
