Throughout its presence in the country, PIN has been contributing to the development of the following sectors: Sustainable Livelihood and Environment, Social Inclusion and Protection, and Good Governance.Position summary:Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Head of Programs (DHM) the livelihood project manager (LHPM) is responsible for managing/leading all “Ensuring Dignity and Resilience of Vulnerable Communities through Socioeconomic Empowerment “(EDRVCSE) project activities. He/she is the direct line manager of the senior project officer and project assistant. He/she ensures efficient programming and effective and sustained collaboration with program stakeholders. As LHPM you will be based in Balti with frequent travel to the project implementation locations and the PIN main office in Chisinau.The EDRVCSE project aims at supporting the most vulnerable Moldavan and Ukrainian refugees in Balti, Soroca, and Edinet to improve their economic resilience by generating sufficient income and resources due to job placement and self-employment.Duties & Responsibilities:With support from the PIN Senior Management in Chisinau, the LHPM shall:Lead technical, budget management, monitoring, and reporting activities through the whole project cycle - start-up, implementation, and close-out - in line with PIN program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices.Manage all day-to-day operational activities of the Livelihood project, ensure close coordination of program activities with all stakeholders, and provide guidance to partners.Coordinate activities required for ensuring the financial, material, and human resources for the quality implementation of the project.
